Desert Pound Cake with lavender

Beat the eggs and sugar together until they become a homogeneous and frothy cream.

Add the milk and melted butter and mix well.

Separately mix the flour with the salt. Add the flour, mix well until smooth and without lumps and then add honey, whiskey, lentil flowers and lemon peel.

At the end we add the baking powder.

Coat the cake tin with baking paper, pour the dough and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.

Test with a toothpick to see if it is baked.

Let it cool and then cut, serve with honey and a cup of milk or tea.
