Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Nega"

Making salad "Nega":

Step 1: chop vegetables and sausage.

Ham clean from the shell cut into circles and then straws. Wide enough to taste. You can jagged stripes, then less, then more, at random and in any way! We dump in a salad bowl. FROM skin the cucumbers and also cut medium-sized stripes. Tomatoes, if you want, can be peeled. To do this, scald them with boiling water and peel the peel. Then it gets off easily, almost by itself. We cut the tomatoes no longer into strips, but into cubes and send them after the cucumbers. Salt, pepper to taste, but do not mix yet.

Step 2: cheese and mayonnaise.

The taste of this salad is largely dictated by the cheese that you have chosen. It can be classic, or with additives. It can be either one type of cheese, or several at once, but always suitable to taste to each other. Only with feta cheese it is desirable to be more careful: feta feta is different. Choose those varieties that are not bitter. But quite salty. In some cases, when the cheese is quite rich in taste, mayonnaise can be abandoned in favor of olive oil, and, say, sesame seeds. There is a field for experimentation! So, we have a classic salad option. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add a little pepper to mayonnaise and pour grated cheese into it. Mix and season the salad. Why exactly high-calorie mayonnaise? Do not be afraid, it will not become either bad or thicker (the quantity is not right). The fact is that in high-calorie mayonnaise, there are much fewer additivesthan in his low-interest counterpart. Indeed, in order to "contain" the fat content, you need to use at least two nutritional supplements. And anyway, I'm for homemade mayonnaise!

Step 3: serve the Nega salad.

Despite the fact that the mayonnaise in the salad is fat, the salad itself is very light and nutritious. So, suitable for a snack. In the summer, it can generally replace a full-fledged lunch; This lettuce is not stored in the refrigerator, do not leave for later. "Neg" must be eaten fresh. Then it is much tastier.
