Fish salmon burgers


Ingredients for Cooking Salmon Fishburgers

Cooking salmon fishburgers:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Salmon fillet must be washed and divided with a kitchen knife into 4 equal pieces. Take slices of lemon and, squeezing them with your fingers, sprinkle pieces of fish with juice. Next, add a little salt and pepper them. Leave the salmon for 5 minutes to soak a little. Next, cover with a foil a baking sheet, put on it pieces of salmon, greased on both sides with olive oil. Preheat oven to temperature 150 degrees. Send the pan with the fish to the roasting pan for 15 minutes. While the salmon is baked, we will prepare the remaining ingredients. We clear the purple onions from the husk, rinse it and cut into rings. Cut pickles into thin slices. Tomato and lettuce are thoroughly washed in water. We cut the tomato with a sharp knife in longitudinal round slices. Salad leaves must be dried and cut off from them coarse veins. Remove the prepared salmon from the oven and cool a little.

Step 2: Form a Fishburger.

Sesame buns cut in half along. Next, put them on the toaster grid so that they warm up a little and fry. If you don’t have a toaster, you can heat the rolls in the microwave by placing them in it for 20 seconds. Next, carefully cover the lower part of the buns with mayonnaise. We lay on it a few slices of tomatoes, then a cucumber and already on it a few rings of purple onions. Next, cover the vegetables with a leaf of lettuce, and gently lay on it a warm piece of baked salmon. We again lay out a small sheet of salad and a slice of salted salmon on it. All this is covered from above with the second (upper) part of the bun.

Step 3: Serve a salmon fishburger.

We cover the plate with lettuce leaf, put the fishburger on it. We serve a sandwich to the table while the bun and salmon are still warm. Classic burgers are served with french fries and some extra sauce. But if you have prepared yourself a fishburger on the road, then put it in a container and close the lid. With juice or tea, such a dish will quench your appetite and saturate you with the strength you need throughout the day. Bon appetit and do not abuse “fast” food!

Recipe Tips:

- - Instead of mayonnaise, you can use any sauce that you like. For example, it can be sour cream, creamy garlic sauce or tartar, which goes well with fish dishes.

- - If you will not eat fishburger immediately, but some time after cooking, then you need to choose solid tomatoes for its preparation. And also hold the cucumbers and tomatoes in the cut a little on the grid so that the excess juice from them will drain.
