Pork roll with bell peppers and zucchini


Wash the pork and place on a mincer. Put a foil over it and beat lightly with a hammer. After beating the meat, cut it into 2 pieces. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.

Put strips of pepper and zucchini on each piece of meat, add salt, pepper and add a few coriander seeds. We run carefully and at the end we tie with thread. Put the rolls in a saucepan, sprinkle with wine, sprinkle with granulated garlic and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

After this time, heat the oil and add the rolls. Brown them nicely, then add the wine and 500 ml of water. Let it boil for about 30-40 minutes. If necessary, top up with water. After the rolls have boiled well, take them out on a plate.

We reduce the remaining sauce until it starts to thicken a little. I also put 1 tablespoon of tomato juice and 3 cloves of garlic in the sauce.

We serve the roll with sauce and any garnish we want :)

Method of preparation:

Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small cubes, slice the tomatoes and crumble the cheese.

Roll out the dough, transfer to the pan, place the vegetables, sprinkle with the shredded cheese, parsley and pour the cream. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes.

Clean and wash the vegetables.

We need:
- 3 eggs, 100 g sour cream, green olives, green bell peppers, cheese, ham, salt, pepper.

We prepare like this:
Beat the eggs with sour cream, add salt and pepper. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the olive slices with small cubes of bell pepper. Put the tray in the preheated oven, over medium heat, about 15 minutes, until the omelet is made. Remove, turn over on another piece of baking paper, carefully peel off the paper from the back. Place thin slices of cheese on top, then slices of ham. Using the paper, roll and let it roll, wrapped in paper for a few minutes.

Serve hot or cold. It can be a hearty breakfast or an appetizer.


Pork roll with bell pepper and zucchini - Recipes

Some time ago I saw a similar roll on Alina Dohotariu's blog and because I liked the combination, I tried it too. Grate the pork tenderloin and lightly beat, then fill with baked peppers, cheese and green onions, roll tightly and put in the oven until lightly browned. For a more intense taste you can serve the meat together with a simple roasted pepper sauce.

Ingredient:
2 pork tenderloin (approx. 1 kg of meat),
4 green onions,

4 - 5 baked Kapia peppers,

Method of preparation:
If the muscle is too long, cut it in half, loosen it slightly with the knife lengthwise, without cutting it at all.
